Yes. This set is licensed for commercial production — you can manufacture and sell under your own brand with no royalty and no extra permission from us. You will still need whatever licences your state requires for your product category, along with BIS and labelling compliance. That part is every manufacturer's own responsibility.

Yes. Every page carries a target pH, a QC check, shelf life and a packing spec alongside the formula. This is what separates a production sheet from a recipe — you can tell whether a batch came out right before it goes into bottles.
