How your order moves

Order placed
You get an order confirmation on email and SMS right away. If your order includes a digital copy, access is sent immediately — you don't wait for the parcel.

Packed & dispatched in 24–48 hours
Orders are packed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking link shared
As soon as the parcel ships, your tracking link is sent to you. You can follow the shipment right up to delivery.

Delivered to your address
Most orders reach metro cities in 3–4 working days and other locations within 7 working days. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.
Shipping charges
No delivery charges on any order, anywhere in India. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
Pay online and get an extra 10% off your order. Prepaid orders are also picked up and dispatched first.
Book your order by paying just ₹49 now and pay the balance to the delivery agent. Available on printed books only.
Every book is packed to handle transit, so it reaches you in the condition it left us.

When will my order be dispatched?
Within 24–48 working hours of the order being confirmed. You'll receive a tracking link the moment it ships. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities usually receive orders in 3–4 working days, and other locations within 7 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partner and can be affected by weather, strikes, festivals or regional restrictions.
Do you deliver to my pin code?
We deliver across India through our courier partners. In a few remote pin codes, service may be limited or take longer. If your area isn't serviceable, we'll contact you and arrange a full refund or an alternative.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is shared with you as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If it hasn't reached you, write to us at masterybooks.in@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send it again.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order and we'll update it if the parcel hasn't shipped yet. Once a parcel is dispatched, the address can't be changed.
What if nobody is available at delivery?
The courier attempts delivery up to three times. Please keep the phone number given at checkout reachable. If all attempts fail, the parcel is returned to us and we'll get in touch to arrange a re-dispatch.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Record a video while opening the parcel and send it to masterybooks.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number. If the book is damaged in transit, we'll arrange a replacement.
When does my digital copy arrive?
Immediately after the order is confirmed — there's nothing to ship and nothing to wait for. If your order includes a printed book too, the digital access starts while the parcel is still on its way.
